Customer Service
Sanpietro Designs manufactures high-quality aftermarket motorcycle parts designed for durability and safety. By purchasing and installing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Intended Use & Compatibility
• Our parts are designed for specific applications and should only be installed as directed. Improper installation, modification, or use outside the intended purpose may result in performance issues or mechanical failure.
2. Tampering & Warranty (Applies Only to Certain Products)
• Certain products are equipped with a tamper seal or lock system to ensure proper installation and function. If applicable, any removal, modification, or disruption of this system immediately voids all warranties and releases Sanpietro Designs from any liability related to damage, malfunction, or injury caused by the altered part.
• Products without tamper protection (e.g., foot pegs, standard derby covers) are still subject to our warranty and liability limitations but do not include a tamper seal or locking mechanism. We are not responsible for any failures, accidents, or damages resulting from unauthorized modifications, tampering, or improper installation of our products.
3. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Parts Warranty
Sanpietro Designs stands behind the craftsmanship of our aftermarket motorcycle parts. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not extend to normal wear, improper installation, misuse, or modifications.
Coverage & Duration
• Applies to original purchasers only and is non-transferable.
• Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• Warranty period: 30 Days
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage from improper installation, misuse, modification, accidents, impacts, or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dings, or fading.
• Tampering or removal of our tamper lock system (for applicable products).
• Custom or made-to-order parts
• Clearance or discounted items (i.e. BLEM)
• Products that have been installed, used, or modified
Warranty Claim Process
• Submit a claim to gavin@sanpietrodesigns.com with your order number, description of issue, and any applicable photos.
• If approved, Sanpietro Designs will repair or replace the defective part at our discretion. Shipping costs may apply.
• Replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
Powder Coat Finish Warranty
Sanpietro Designs offers a limited warranty on the powder coat finish of our products, ensuring durability and protection against defects in workmanship.
Coverage & Duration
• Warranty period: 90 Days
• Covers peeling, cracking, or flaking of the powder coat under normal use.
Exclusions
The powder coat warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear, scratches, or fading from use and exposure.
• Damage caused by impacts, harsh chemicals, cleaners, or pressure washing.
• Corrosion due to environmental exposure (e.g., road salts, extreme moisture).
• Modifications or re-coating by third parties.
• Custom or made-to-order parts
• Clearance or discounted items (i.e. BLEM)
Warranty Claim Process
• Submit a claim to gavin@sanpietrodesigns.com with your order number, description of issue, and any applicable photos.
• If approved, Sanpietro Designs may offer a refinishing service or replacement at our discretion. Shipping costs may apply.
Anodized Finish Warranty
Sanpietro Designs provides a limited warranty on the anodized finish of our products to protect against defects in the anodizing process.
Coverage & Duration
• Warranty period: 90 Days
• Covers severe discoloration or improper adhesion due to manufacturing defects.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear, scratches, or gradual fading due to exposure.
• Variations in shade or color matching over time.
• Damage from harsh chemicals, cleaners, or environmental conditions.
• Corrosion from road salts, extreme moisture, or improper maintenance.
• Modifications, re-anodizing, or refinishing by third parties.
• Custom or made-to-order parts
• Clearance or discounted items (i.e. BLEM)

4. Assumption of Risk
• Motorcycles are inherently dangerous, and modifying them carries additional risk. By purchasing and using our products, you assume all responsibility and risks associated with their use.
5. Compliance with Laws & Regulations
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that any modifications comply with local, state, federal, and international regulations.
• Sanpietro Designs makes no guarantees regarding the legality of its products for on-road use in any jurisdiction. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compliance before installation.
6. International Sales & Export Compliance
• Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs regulations in their respective countries.
• Sanpietro Designs is not responsible for shipping delays or restrictions due to international customs or regulatory compliance.
• Certain products may be subject to U.S. export laws and restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable export laws.
7. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of our products shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
• Legal disputes will be handled under Pennsylvania law, but customers in other locations may have additional consumer rights.
