Return & Refund Policy

At Sanpietro Designs, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Installed or modified products are not eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Custom or made-to-order parts

Clearance or discounted items

Products that have been installed, used, or modified

Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect

 

3. Refunds & Processing

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for certain returns.

 

4. Exchanges & Defective Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item (i.e. item sent does not match what was ordered), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Exchanges are processed as a return and re-order.

 

5. Shipping & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If a package is lost in transit, please file a claim with the carrier.

 

6. How to Initiate a Return

Please email gavin@sanpietrodesigns.com with your order number, reason for return, and any applicable photos.
